We are keen to engage with our tenants and seek to do this through our Resident Engagement Co-ordinator.
You, your home and your household matter to us and we know how much they matter to you. We want to know your views about your home and what you think about the services you receive. Your direct involvement through Resident Engagement helps us make sure our service to you is as good as it can be.
As a member of SETUP (South East Training Uniting People), Seaside Homes are able to provide free places on training courses such as First Aid, Food Hygiene and much more. There are also networking events with other tenants to help you save money, learn new skills and help yourself and others to make a difference.
There are different ways you can get involved. This can be through focus groups, surveys, competitions, our Annual General Meeting for tenants, tenant events, questionnaires, and just providing feedback to us. We also have a Facebook page where you can go to see what activities and events Seaside Homes has coming up for all its residents.
