Shape Up is a FREE, 10-week group programme for adults combining nutrition and behaviour change advice with exercise for gradual weight loss and a healthier lifestyle.
Nutritionists and dietitians will guide and help you to eat a balanced diet, take control of your portion sizes, learn to read labels and develop healthier habits. Friendly and approachable activity leaders are there to support and encourage you to join in with the activity at a pace that suits you.
Shape Up runs at venues across Brighton and Hove throughout the year.
