Community Kitchen are running a Batch Cooking (with meat) class on Thursday 23 May, 10:00am - 1:00pm
This class will celebrate the benefits of batch cooking – to reduce meal costs, learn to cook wholesome healthy meals, spend just a few hours cooking for the whole week, minimise food waste and cut down the amount of packaging and plastic waste produced.
A typical lesson will include:
Meal planning for the whole week (ensuring that they are nutritious and balanced)
A cooking session (batch cooking for the whole week)
Preparing nutritious and tasty snacks (savoury and sweet)
