You’re welcome to join us in person or on Zoom. You will receive a £25 voucher as a thank you for volunteering your time.
Information
We want to make that the cost of travel or childcare is not a barrier to you attending this event. If you need support, contact us before the event, and we will provide bus tickets or reimburse reasonable travel and childcare costs. You are welcome to bring children and assistance animals to the meeting.
The venue is wheelchair accessible and has a hearing loop system available. If you have any additional needs or require any translation services please get in touch with us in advance of the meeting.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, we will be uploading the minutes and presentation slides on this website after the event. You can also send in your contributions on the topics on the agenda to us and we can bring these into the discussion for you.
