You are invited to a Tenant Panel meeting on Tuesday 16th July from 11am till 1pm.

This meeting is a special one because we’ll be joined by Gillian McLaren from TPAS. TPAS are experts in tenant engagement and Seaside Homes have applied for TPAS accreditation, which is the gold standard for this type of work.
Gillian is attending the meeting as part of our assessment and for the last half hour of the meeting she’d like to talk to tenants as a group about the work that Seaside do. Even if this is your first ever Panel meeting your views of Seaside Homes are still really valuable.
In addition to talking to Gillian, we’ll also be providing an update on the latest developments that affect Seaside tenants and asking for your views. We’ll be looking at progress on our service improvement topics (also known as ‘scrutiny’) and how we plan to take things forward.
If you’re able to join us, either in person or online, it’d be great to see you and we’ll thank you for coming to the whole meeting with a £25 voucher.
