We held our last Tenant Panel meeting on Monday, 21st October and six tenants attended. At the meeting we discussed the results from our Annual Satisfaction Survey.
Future Tenant Overview topics
The Panel discussed the survey results with a view to deciding which service improvement area we would like to look at next at our Tenant Overview meeting.
We considered:
• How tenants scored each area in the survey
• Whether performance has improved or declined over time
• The impact that each area has on tenants’ lives
• Seaside/the Panel’s ability to influence change.
Tenant Panel Meeting update
The main areas of concern identified were:
• Complaints
• Repairs
• Anti-Social Behaviour
• ‘Our Managing Agents listen to your views
and act on them’
The group decided that the topic we will look at in depth our next meeting on Monday, 20th January will be Repairs.
