Welcome to the Summer edition of Seaside News, the quarterly newsletter for Seaside Homes tenants! We publish the newsletter online on our website and send out a link to all tenants. We aim to deliver an excellent service to tenants, but when things go wrong, we welcome complaints as important opportunities to help us to learn and improve our services! You can make a complaint by using our Managing Agents Corporate Complaints Procedure on the Brighton & Hove City Council website. If you are unhappy with the response to your complaint, you can bring the issue to the Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman for a final decision. You can also contact the Ombudsman at any point for information and advice. The Ombudsman is an independent and impartial service. Have you heard about the Housing Online Service? You can raise new repairs, view your ongoing and previous repairs, view your rent accounts, view your tenancy agreement, make payments, and update your contact details, language and ethnicity details. You just need your person reference to sign up.
