We held our last Tenant Panel meeting on Monday, 20th January and five tenants attended.
One of the items we discussed was our New Possibilities Scheme re-launch
Our New Possibilities Scheme funds tenants to do something new, something different or even something familiar to improve their health and wellbeing.
We haven’t been receiving as many applications as we’d like, so we’ve been looking at ways we can simplify the Scheme to make it easier for tenants to apply.
In discussion with the Tenant Panel and through a survey sent out to our ‘involved tenants’ we’ve come up with a menu of activities on offer tenants relating to different ways of wellbeing, including physical health, mental health, creativity & connection, entertainment & fun, food and learning.
You can find out what’s on offer on our scheme page.
If you’d like to become an involved tenant, either to attend meetings, complete surveys, share your feedback or ideas on the phone or online please get in touch: tenants@seaside-homes.org.uk

You Said We Did: updates via email
Our Tenant Panel have fed back that they would like to receive information via email. When we share information we often send an SMS with a link to the website, but tenants have commented that they find emails easier to store and refer back to.
Therefore we’re going to send occasional emails to tenants if the information could be useful to keep. We will only send you emails that directly relate to your tenancy. If you don’t want to receive emails from us you can email us back and let us know.
If you’d like to update us on your email address please get in touch at tenants@seaside-homes.org.uk
