Cost of Living Support

The Government and Local Council and Charities are offering support for everyone struggling with the cost of living crisis. Click on the links below to find out more.

The rising cost-of-living across the UK is having national and local impacts.  Locally this means that people who were ‘just about managing’ are now being pushed into food and fuel poverty, increasing the numbers seeking support for emergency food and other welfare support.

There are a large number of local advice hubs in the city offering help, whether it be advise with benefits, energy bills or access to emergency food.

Below you will find links to a range of services offering help and advice.
