Tenant Recommendations
Seaside Homes values the importance of independent, resident-led scrutiny of Landlord performance and service delivery, and we want to support residents to make evidence based recommendations to improve services, increase efficiency and provide robust assessment.
We provided Scrutiny Training to interested tenants in June 2023 and ran our first Scrutiny Day in August! Tenants investigated Seaside’s Communication strategy and output and made detailed recommendations. These recommendations were presented to the Seaside Homes Board of Trustees on November 22nd and they agreed a plan of action in response to the Tenant Report, which Seaside staff are busy implementing. If you are interested in taking a deep dive into how Seaside Homes are performing and delivering services, we will support you with training, resources, and access to the independent resident networking resource TPAS Connect and TPAS Scrutiny Club!
Feedback Surveys
We want to hear how we have done and how we can improve. We send out Feedback Surveys by text and email when you have used one our services, like our Decorating Scheme. Completing the survey helps us to improve, and also gives you one entry into our Survey Prize Draw for a chance to win a £50 voucher!
We also send out general feedback surveys now and again to all residents to learn more about how we are doing. Completing these surveys enters you into the Survey Prize Draw! To make sure you receive the surveys, complete this form to give us your up to date contact details.
Newsletter
We send out a Seaside News magazine 4 times a year and we’d love for you to be involved. Write an article, enter our recipe competition, or enter our photography competition!
We’d also love you to get involved with editing, proof-reading, advising and design. We can support you with relevant training courses to help you get involved!
