Scrutiny Day
You are invited to our first tenant Scrutiny event where we will be taking a close look at how Seaside communicates to tenants. If you are a person who loves to problem solve and brainstorm, or if you have interesting opinions and insights, or if you have an analytical and thoughtful eye, than you will be great at Scrutiny! It doesn’t matter if you like, dislike or feel neutral about how Seaside currently communicates, this is all about us working together to come up with new insights and recommendations.

Free lunch & £25 voucher
Free sandwiches, snacks, biscuits, tea and coffee.
You will receive a £25 voucher as a thank you for volunteering your time.
Communication
Seaside are running a tenant Scrutiny Day where you will have the opportunity to take a close look at our Communication strategies, approaches and performance. This includes our website, newsletter, texts, Tenant Handbook and Welcome Pack, and more. What ingredients are needed to produce effective and engaging communication? What do you want (and not want!) to hear about from your Landlord? Where are we delivering well and what ideas do you have for how we can develop and innovate?
You don’t need any prior knowledge or experience, and don’t worry if you missed the training, your unique perspective is warmly welcomed. You will have support from Niamh, the Tenant Engagement Co-ordinator, and please feel free to ring Niamh with any questions beforehand on 01273 732061.
We want to make that cost of travel or childcare is not a barrier to you attending this event. If you need support, contact us before the event, and we will reimburse travel and childcare costs.
